STRATEGIC PLAN

Following the 2006 Municipal Election, Council and Management Staff initiated the development of a Strategic Plan for the Municipality.  Community consultation occurred in 2007 and, as a result, the Plan was approved by Council in June of 2008.  The Plan documents our vision, our municipal services, the consultation process, our strategic priorities, our accomplishments and our action plan.  The current Council held a Special Council Meeting in February of 2015 to review and discuss the Strategic Plan with some amendments being recommended and approved.

For further details on the Strategic Plan, please contact Bill Jones, Chief Administrative Officer.
